Our Story

Having worked in a range of industries, in both large enterprises and startups, ranging from Energy,, tech companies, FMCG, Telcos and more, we realised they all have one thing in common. At best, they have a love/hate relationship with big consultancies, at worst we felt it was a waste of time and resources to receive a bunch of pretty unimplementable slides and frameworks. Many consultants simply haven’t had to crack their heads going through massive transformation journeys.

We want to change that by making sure we help organisations, leaders and their talent go through change and transformations Regardless whether it’s a massive digital and culture transformation or implementing a new performance management system, we would make sure we partner with the client to share what works and equally important, what doesn’t work in the simplest possible manner and in a way which is implementable.
