Our Story
Futuresparx was founded by Monir and Sugunah, seasoned leaders with deep experience as Chief HR Officers, Vice Presidents, and Board Directors across Asia, Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East in and outside of HR. They launched Futuresparx to revolutionise HR consulting and training by providing practical, hands-on strategies that seamlessly integrate into business operations. We provide innovative and practical frameworks that are designed for easy implementation, ensuring lasting value even after we leave.

Our Founders
Monir Azzouzi
Monir Azzouzi is a seasoned leader in digital and cultural transformation, organisational development and human resources, with extensive experience across Asia, Europe and the Middle East. His career includes Board Directorships, Chief People Experience Officer, Vice President and other senior leadership positions both in HR and beyond. With a diverse background in traditional corporate environments, dynamic digital spaces and tech startups, Monir guides organisations toward greater agility and future readiness. He’s also the author of "ChatGPT Powered HR" and holds an MSc in Management of Innovation & Business Development from Copenhagen Business School, along with an Executive Program certificate from Harvard on competing in business analytics and big data.
Sugunah Verumandy
Sugunah is a respected leader in talent development and fostering positive work environments. With a distinguished career in HR and national talent initiatives. She has played pivotal roles at top companies like GE, Pfizer, and HSBC, specialising in HR business partnering, organisational development, and driving talent strategies. Sugunah’s work has led to transformative changes and the creation of inclusive workplaces. She holds an MSc in Human Resource Management and numerous certifications from prestigious institutions. Her contributions have earned her accolades, including the Gold Award for MIHRM Leadership and the Asia HRD Award. Notably, her pioneering initiatives at GE set industry standards, and she was recognized globally as one of the Top 6 Human Resources Coaches at GE. Sugunah is also passionately involved in youth activities, which continue to inspire and rejuvenate her professional journey.
